Island of Djerba - Houmt Souk

When I visited Tunisia, I made a trip to the city of Houmt Souk to the Grand Bazaar. It is worth seeing and contemplative there. Of course there is a lot of market activity, but it was fascinating. Leipzig - Christmas

During Christmas, in Germany you have no other choice to go to the christmas market that pop up at every corner. It is a tradition to enjoy glühwein together and eat hot dishes in the cold. Often you meet with your friends and family in the evening afterwork to drink alcohol. It is an unique atmosphere I can hardly describe, Christmas markets are warm, holy, feel like a loveable childhood memory and once you start you will try it again. Just grab a local between anytime in December and enjoy the beauty of a german christmas market.
